1. Wholesale Operations
Why do we require a minimum order? It's simply to ensure our manufacturing process remains sustainable for bespoke, small-batch steampunk toys. All wholesale partners must maintain an active resellers' license.
2. Manufacturing & Liability
Our toys are inspired by the 19th-century industrial aesthetic, often featuring complex mechanical components and brass fittings. While we're meticulous about safety, these items are precision instruments that require respectful handling.
Cog & Whistle Toys warrants that all products are manufactured according to the agreed-upon technical specifications. However, we're not liable for damages resulting from misuse or unauthorized modifications to the clockwork mechanisms.
3. Returns & Defect Claims
Did something go wrong in transit? We understand that historical replicas are delicate. Please inspect all shipments upon arrival and notify us within 5 business days of any discrepancies or damage.
- Authorized returns only; do not ship back without an RMA.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
- Cog & Whistle Toys covers shipping for verified manufacturing defects.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, mechanisms, and proprietary steampunk aesthetics remain the exclusive property of Cog & Whistle Toys. Reproduction or reverse-engineering of our clockwork toys is strictly prohibited. We're proud of our New York heritage—let's keep the innovation original!
